REFUND POLICY
If registration is canceled by September 15, 2026 a full refund will be provided minus a $30 processing fee. After September 15, 2025 no refund will be provided. Please note, regardless of the refund amount listed, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. By providing payment for conference registration you are agreeing to the refund policy. To request a refund, please email the conference director.
SPONSOR REFUND POLICY
If sponsorship is canceled by August 1, 2026, a 50% refund will be provided. After August 1, 2026, no refund will be provided. Please note, the amount refunded will never exceed the amount paid. To request a refund, please email the conference director.
